iTested is a not-for-profit Web service that empowers individuals to take control of their sexual health through a secure website that enables them to discretely manage their STD and HIV test records. Individuals can use iTested to find a nearby free or low-cost sexual health checkup to test for STDs and/or HIV, then receive and store the results of their checkup in an easy-to-understand format on their private iTested profile. The eMagid Web development and design team relied on extensive experience in both HIPAA compliance and PCI compliance to insure that the health information of each user would be protected at all points of access, transmission, and storage. The completed iTested service is able to synchronize the results fields from test reports originating from various labs into a simplified user-friendly results format that populates the profiles.
